Products & Orders

We do our best to accurately describe and display our products. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Products are subject to availability.

Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and we confirm your order. We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of stock availability, an error in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we've taken payment for an order we cancel, we'll refund it.

Please check your order before submitting it. Once processing has started, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and delays can sometimes occur outside our control.

If there's a problem with your delivery, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Returns & Faulty Items

We don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or doesn't meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
